Disclosure.
Depth a reader can choose to open. The site hides little: an answer the page exists to give is never behind a click, and the one thing that is, the full working of a calculation, says plainly what is inside.
Disclosure card.
A native details, so it works with no script and the browser’s find opens it. A square plus that turns to a minus, a title and one line saying what is inside, and the whole row is the target. Open it.
Show the mathEvery line of the working. Change any assumption.
The working opens here, a table with every number the visitor can change.

</DisclosureCard>FAQ list.
Deliberately not an accordion. Every answer is on the page, between hairline rules, because a reader scanning a FAQ is looking for one answer and should not have to open eight to find it. FaqJsonLd gives search the same words.
- Does this replace the drawing?
- For most teams, no. Your shop, your suppliers and your quality group will keep asking for a sheet for years. MBD earns its place where a downstream process reads the model directly: CAM, CMM programming, inspection planning. Drafter gives you both from one read, so you can adopt MBD without giving up the drawing.
- Which CAD does it work in?
- SolidWorks and Siemens NX, where Drafter runs as a native add-in. The annotations live in the model itself rather than in a separate file alongside it.

Do
- Show the answer the page exists to give.
- Say what is inside a disclosure before it is opened.
- Use the native details element, so the content is findable and works without script.
- Keep a FAQ open: questions and answers, ruled apart.
Don't
- Do not put a FAQ in an accordion.
- Do not hide a price, a limit or a condition behind a click.
- Do not label a disclosure More or Details.
- Do not nest one disclosure inside another.
